GWC Italia consider Project Management to be critical to successfully meet our customer commitments and developing customer intimacy. Maintaining accurate and timely communications and displaying flexibility with changing requirements.

GWC Italia maintains a Project Manager (PM) as a single point of customer contact during execution of all orders.

Project Managers apply internationally recognised tools during the execution to monitor every stage of the order management program from acquisition to delivery of equipment and all documentation.

PM teams provide a vital link to all internal and external departments coordinating execution and ensuring client needs are met and executed throughout the duration of the order.

The GWC Italia Project Management teams are a direct support to Clients by ensuring projects are completed on time, meeting or exceeding expectations.

Centre to GWC Italia’s aspirations is creating additional capabilities in order to serve its core and future market needs. GWC Italia wants to be at the forefront of evolving design, range of products, valve technology and new materials.

Our evolving R&D activities are also looking to future renewable industries and determining future market requirements with respect to ball valve isolation. Looking to Blue & Green Hydrogen, Hydrogen blending and Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) to Green Ammonia.

We manage these activities utilising our internal R&D facilities as well as industry partners to develop new solutions. In the immediate future, we will continue to work with strategic partners to improve fugitive emissions, sealing technology and to continue to enhance industry throughput.


Our US inventory caters mainly for Midstream and Upstream markets, our inventory of Ball, Gate, Globe and Check Valves range from ½” NB – 36” NB, Carbon Steel to full Stainless-Steel bodies. We are able to offer combinations of trims and specialization.

We have the capability to draw from our global Ball valve plant operations in Europe and Asia to support our US manufacturing and distribution business.

After Sales

As part of our customer commitment program, we consider our aftermarket activities to be an essential part of the value-added services we provide all our customers and partners.

We have programs designed for pre commissioning, commissioning and life cycle management, this also includes training, testing and site surveys to ensure the smooth transition of our products from installation and thereafter smoothly operating its intended design life.

We continue to build our own footprint of aftermarket services utilizing approved specialist valve repair centres in key regions of the world where our products are installed. This provides flexibility with our ability to respond with speed to any required intervention.
