GWC Italia has recently completed the process of aligning its entire organizational structure according to the provisions of Ex D.Lgs. 231/2001 (Legislative Decree 231/2001).
The Organizational Model of GWC is based on sound principles of corporate governance to adopt practices that promote effective functions of our Company.
The model is a structured system of guidelines and preventive control measures with the aim to demonstrate the Company’s commitment to prevent any fraudulent infractions provided for by this legislation.
The Code of Ethics is an integral and fundamental element of the Model.
The Model adopted in 2021 will be periodically updated to incorporate any revisions in the scope of the Legislative Decree 231/2001.
